Exactly. I want to be under the radar as much as possible
For someone who is on LTD past the 2 years and is doing the medical review “check in” forms the LTD requested from all doctors, is that when you should ask for your complete file or ? I’m in that position now. Just last year was approved to go beyond the 2 years and 6-7 months later doing yet again another medical review check in with doctors forms.
There is no right time to ask for a copy of your insurance claim file. You can ask for it at any time. My point above was that asking for the file can cause the insurance rep to review the file and may result in them taking actions they otherwise wouldn’t have taken.
