Trust Structure for insurance policies

It was brought to my attention from a financial advisor to search in my policy for the term trust structure. This is the first Inhave heard of this. Does anyone know what this is. I am currently receiving LTD. The advisor also referred to a case in court The Hansen Rule.

I thought Henson trusts were only useful in the case of means-based benefits like ODSP.
