Recommendation to stop working

Another question for yall.Section 6 of the CPPD physician form.

“did you recommend your patient stop working”
My doctor answered no.Because he in fact did not tell me to stop,but has supported me being off over the past 3 years.

Next "any type of work in the future"My doctor answered unknown.
What are your thoughts on this?Since he didnt recommend i stop work is that reason enough for cppd denial?
Ive been on sick ei twice,ltd,return to work fail,then back on ltd.Applied for cppd awhile back I understand the wait is long.Any thoughts?

I don’t think my own doctors would ever recommend that I not work unless it were unsafe. So maybe more of a threshold question instead of a determinative one?
