My first post here, but I’ve been lurking for months. I just want to thank all the posters here for being generous with info. I’ve been receiving LTD for a year, and the insurance company terminated it on the 1st year mark despite my care team confirming that I am still not fit to work after a year of disability.
So I read your posts and took notes (allyhoops’ posts are particularly helpful) and sent this well-put document. After 2 months, I received the call that they are reinstating my benefits and they will pay me back from the time they stopped payments.
