Hi everyone, it has been a while since I have been here. I saw one post regarding swagbucks and making $25 per month. I have a quick question regarding something similar.
I am considering doing transcribing to which the companies pay you through paypal, (I have not started this yet). The question is would this be considered income and would it have to be reported? I believe that if you do not get a T4 then you do not need to report it. Any help would be appreciated.

Pretty sure it would be income. CPPD lets you earn some income each year so it would only need to be reported to CPP if you go over that limit.
If you also have private LTD, you would need to report it to them and maybe even pay your earnings to the LTD company.
If you give them your SIN then they will report it to CRA and you’ll have to submit this income with your taxes. Othewise nobody is going to track it. CPP can only see your income if you fie a tax return.
