Hello David,

Just wondering based on your experience, have you seen Manulife group policy that has COLA included as part of the LTD policy without being as add on feature? If so, what is their percentage range normally?

I am just wondering if it is part of my policy but at this early stage I am hesitating to ask them

The COLA is based on annual rate of inflation from Consumer Price Index up to a max of 1.5 percent or so. Just ask if you have it, no reason to be concerned with asking.
