Hi David,
I applied for long term disability on Oct. 2016. It has been denied twice by the insurance company.
Could you please help me to claim it?
How does the no-win no fee basis work?
Thank you

I think Resolute is paid out of the back payments (since Oct 2016+) of LTD that your insurance company would owe you.
