My daughter has Lyme. The big insurance co in wpg is cutting her off. Has there been any precedent of ppl winning a lyme disease case with them? She was on ltd for over a year, but is still very sick and has lots of doctors who support her.

You can win a disability denial even without a diagnosis as disability is based on limitations and restrictions. If your Daughter has Dr. support she should appeal–she may require a lawyer. My personal opinion is to just file a lawsuit as it resolves quicker than an appeal route. (typically)
