Also my CPP disability has decreased due to my survivor benefits with CPP, should I inform my private LTD and will they owe me money?

Don’t know about the pension, the insurance company might claw it back or they might try to say you’re retired if you take that.

I’d ask the insurance company if they have been good so far.
Sounds like they would unless they claw back the survivor benefit.
I’d ask them but before I ask I’d wait for other opinions.
