David thanks for taking the time to respond , your amazing to help out as your very busy but if you know since your a lawyer do I get the full amount and then pay my lawyer , I am not on a private insurance , only the lawyer that helped me from the last level but to be honest after speaking to the judicator and he was aware the way i was treated so unfair he said he would help My case was settled without going to trial I gave up the appeal and therefore they approved Now my lawyer has gone to not answering me for example asked him if he can see why the low payments , no answer, asked to see if they can add my stillborn for the children as it shows two live children but my stillborn was in 1998 and did take off to recover after losing him at delivery my so asked if that can be taken into account for contributionās ;lawyer did not reply ā¦Now I know I can call myself Service Canada but to be honest my dealing with service Canada have been so negative with always leaving me crying in the past , very unfair and rude to me ,Treated so unfair , and felt like they were purposely denying me as my own doc was trying to talk to them, and they told her nothing was needed but then turned to me saying Doc did not give it to them what they needed Playing weird mind games drove me crazy That is why I do not call them it will give me worse anxiety to try so thought since he could talk on my behalf added him on to talk on my behalf can make sure I do not get ripped off and then also asked if it will come direct dep as mentioned set up and get direct dep but again he has gone like no answering me so since your a lawyer is it usually thye give to me directly m and then pay him when i get it the back pay hope it comes to me , just asking if you know the answer ,also is it not odd that they added the disability pay for May 28 what I will be getting but not the back pay do not see that keep checking every day ā¦Would you know if it will come in before the monthly new payment that has been added now portion of disability ..Sorry for bothering you so much , but that retroactive is needed so bad got to pay things that have gotten in arrears I thankyou really much appreciatedā¦this was at the last level SST
