2-4 years is a “convention” but some employers never fire disabled people.
As far as I know there is no “2 year” specified by employment standards.
Is the “labour relations officer” like HR?
Do a search on the forum for “employment terminated”.
I think your supervisor should be going through HR but I guess you can say you hope to return and leave it at that.
