Wrote 3 ques, none had answers, question  
• where/how can you get a letter stating LTD, where do i look? Ask?  
•Cant afford rent ANYWHERE in lower main/ fraser va.,Going for mortg, they need one of those letters, thks what do i press to send this? Got it, also im talking 3bed ( me & 2 sons {19 &20}) musicians & car builders. By end of Oct, Alderg,Mission,PittM $420k ish

I think it would be your case manager who u could ask for a letter of confirmation of income.
