Not sure if anyone noticed but they updated the CPP-Disability Application forms and Medical Report forms on the Service Canada website as of Aug. 27, 2018.

Thanks Jason, we are in process of updating our existing website articles to reference the new forms. The basic principles remain the same, but we need to update our references to actual forms. We have a some updates and new articles on the new CPP forms coming soon on the Resolute Legal website.

They are more lengthy and involved than previous, but they appear to make it a bit easier for the applicant to better describe their situation than before. There are a lot more detailed questions asked in regards to the restrictions and impairments involved with the person applying for benefits.
