# CPP-D vocational rehab - authorization to disclose information

After reading the consent statements the last paragraph said: **In addition, this information will be used to determine my continuing eligibility for disability benefits under the terms of the Canada Pension Plan.**
Suppose they refer me to another physician, vocational assessment, or get info from other agencies from the past and any of this one disagrees on the vocational rehab. Can they take away my benefits?

Looks like standard language but in reality from what others have said once approved for CPPD, that CPPD does not bother you in the future like and LTD provider. The most challenging part of CPPD is actually getting approved.
