# Child Rearing Provision

I received a letter regarding my child rearing provision on my application - a request for confirmation of this from the CRA was made. Does this request mean that my application will be approved and they are working on payment calculations or is this standard part of the process to get things in order incase it’s approved. Has anyone had this request and then had their application denied?

I think it is just a standard thing.

How many months ago did you apply?

As Jammer said, its a standard part of the process.
