What kind of time frame did she have to work in order to qualify? She has worked in Canada 30+yrs and then the company she worked for went bankrupt and she stayed home to raise her grandkids.
But in 2013 she was diagnosised with sarcoidosis and was unable to do anything even drive.

She meets all other requirements- CPP contributions and healthwise but she has not worked since 2010.
Will she be still be eligible or due to not working since 2010 she will be denied?

Thanks
