# After being disapproved for LTD I have to return to work. Will this affect my continuing an appeal?

You will want to get a complete copy of your file form the doctor before he leaves, unless you are going to switch to another doctor at the same clinic. If you are changing clinics get a copy of your file before doctor retires.
